How to turn off subscription auto-renew for subscriptions bought before October 26, 2020 How to disable payment auto-renew for subscriptions from our old shop 

To open the subscriptions page, click on your username at the top right of the page:

And select "Old Subscriptions":

Click on the subscription you want to terminate:

And click on "TURN OFF" if the "Autorenew" is "on" (if it's "off" you don't need to do anything):
