How to set Media Start TC Where to change media's start timecode.
The media start TC is set at the bottom "Open video/audio file" dialog (under the "Media" menu).
If the video has burnt-in timecode, make sure to take the clip to its very beginning and enter the timecode of the first video frame.
When you change the value in that field the changes will take affect immediately.
