How to enable spellcheck?

How to enable spellcheck? How to turn on the built-in spellcheck feature in chrome? 

Go to Chrome's Settings,
Scroll down and click on "Advanced" to expand all settings.

Scroll to Languages and expand "Language" to see if the you have the desired language you want spell-checked. If you don't, Click on "Add languages" and select the missing language(s).

Now Expand "Spell check" and see if your desired language(s) spell check is turned on.
