The visibility of Customer prices and Resource rates in OOONA Manager is role-based.
Only users with the required roles will see Customer price-related info and Resource rate-related info.
Make sure to add the required roles to all relevant role groups or to specific users that need them.
None of the following roles will hide Customer price-related and/or Resource rate-related info in pages in the “Finance” menu.
The “Finance” menu is role based. Only users in the “Finance” add-on role group will have it.
Customer price related info
Required role to be able to see Customer price-related info: Can see customer price related info
For users without this role, the following will be hidden:

Management pages
Management pages are all pages except for “My menu” pages such as: My tasks, Pool tasks, etc..
Required role: Can see resource rate related info on Management pages
For users without this role, the following will be hidden:

Basic users' pages
Basic users' pages are pages from “My menu” such as: My tasks, Monthly resource report, etc..
Required role: Can see resource rate related info in basic user pages
For users without this role, the following will be hidden:

Rate columns in all basic users' pages' grids.
For example, My tasks page:
Hiding Resource rate related info from users that are in a role group that enables it (basic user pages)
If a specific user shouldn’t see resource rate related info on basic user pages, but they are in a role group that enables it, for example, a payroll resource in the Basic user role group that typically enables viewing rate info, they can be given a role to hide all rate related info.
Required role: Limit viewing of resource rate related info in basic user pages
This role will bypass the role that enables viewing resource rate-related info in basic user pages (Can see resource rate related info in basic user pages).
A user with this role will not see Resource rate related info in any of the Basic user pages.
