If you are experiencing resolution problems and pages are not scaled correctly, try the following actions that should solve most problems.
1. On the “Login” page, click ctrl f5.
Wait until the page reloads and login into the system.
When logging in, pages should now be correctly scaled.
2. Browser zoom should be set to 100%.
Set it to 100% and click ctrl f5.
The page will reload with the correct scaling.
3. Check your computer’s scale and layout settings
These are the recommended settings.
Logout from OOONA Manager after making the changes and log back in to check if fixed.
